Yep this post is about my weight. I am going through a huge struggle with it right now. After I had my daughter I had a lot of weight to lose, and I did it, but it took many years of running and working out pretty much everyday.
With this last pregnancy I vowed to take good care of myself so it wouldn't be so hard. I ran up until the half way point of my pregnancy and did yoga right up to the end. I actually gained the least amount with him and after I had Diego I only had 10 lbs to lose. Well here it has been almost 6 months and I now have about 22- 25 lbs ( I can't believe I am admitting this) to lose. Ugh!
How did I let this happen? I'm sure having a baby with health issues hasn't helped and I can honestly say that because of all of the issues I have had a little bit of depression and absolutely not one spare minute to work out. I also know that we just don't really have the "skinny" genes in our family but man oh man I feel like crap.
On top of that I cut my hair short and HATE it. The worst part is I have been squeezing myself into all of my clothes that just don't fit because I am too frugal to buy more, I keep hoping they will fit me soon and don't want to admit that I need to go up in sizes. You can imagine how adorable that looks. Plus I have a new found pooch from having a c section baby that I think no amount of crunches will ever get rid of.
I'm sure all of this sounds really self centered. I don't mean for it to sound that way.I have never wanted to be skinny just healthy and right now I feel far from that.
So if you have any miracles in your pockets please let me know or any suggestions. Keep in mind that my life is pretty much out of control right now so they will have to be real good ones. Thanks!

300 calories a meal; example breakfast...1 oatmeal packet, a fruit, and a dairy or protein like an egg or yogurt. Lunch... granola bar, small side salad, and a light string cheese. And so on. Always make sure you have your veggies and then exercise for 20 minutes a day.
I forgot to add 3 meals a day, a snack consisting of a fruit and either a dairy or protein, and then treat yourself to a small dessert, like a pudding cup.
I wish you didn't hate your hair, in that picture you posted of you and Diego it looks really cute!
You are beautiful...inside and out! Quit worrying and start looking in the mirror and saying, "I am one hot momma!" Because you are!!
I never had a problem gaining weight during pregnancy. I always gained it after. I know your frustration. I am no expert and certainly have my own hill to climb as far as weight is concerned but I know I have good results when I right down everything, measure my portions, and eat a protein with each meal. Six small meals is the best for keeping a level blood sugar which helps keep weigh off. Good luck. Don't be so hard on yourself. You will get there.
