Lately in our home we have noticed quite a bit of finger pointing and name calling that has led to some hurt feelings. Maybe it is because my kids are getting older and asserting some of their Independence but it has never been an issue until now and as parents, it makes Carlos and myself sad to see our kids treating their brothers and sisters that way. So we have this quote posted on our fridge as a good reminder.
Along those same lines we have prayerfully decide to step aside from the family business this next month. We have several reasons why, but we have seen it pull our families apart and we want to be able to salvage whatever relationships we can and quite frankly it is turning me into a person that I just don't like. I will be starting school soon and my time will be even more limited and all I want to do with my extra time is be a Mother and wife. I am hope full that my brothers will be able to make it grow and thrive even more.
